Come join our fast-paced environment where you will lead the overall product life cycle and profitability for assigned professional development offerings, with a particular focus on eLearning as our Product Manager. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will help ideate and initiate lifecycle management while looking for potential new offerings for the product.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA degree desirable
  • 7-10 years experience in relevant product management and/or marketing roles; preference is given to experience in Professional Development and/or Adult Learning - both online and in-person with full product management lifecycle experience.
  • Must have prior P& L and commercial responsibility -  annual targets and revenue goals. 
  • Successful track record and experience working with multiple distribution and sales methods direct sales teams, partnerships, resellers, vendors, and other external partnerships.
  • Superb organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the overall product life cycle for assigned professional development offerings - this includes ideation and initiation, feasibility, design, planning, development, launch, operation, and phase out. Be the recognized expert on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition. 
  • Work with the project team to generate product requirements, specifications, schedules, pricing, market entry plans, and marketing strategies. You will write the business case for investments while providing project management oversight in the development of new products and services when appropriate.
  • Assumes primary responsibility for the execution of product and service delivery strategies, vendor agreements, and appropriate processes and policies to attract, retain, and enhance relationships and satisfaction with Members, buyers, users, and other stakeholders.

The Location: 

RMA offers all employees the ability to work from their home location and work from an RMA location in a hybrid work model. We value coming together in the office for meaningful collaboration. While this role is a remote/telecommute position, we will give primary preference to candidates local to Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, and St. Louis, MO.
